milliondollarsaas.club ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use our website and purchase spots on the Wall of SaaS.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication data via Supabase Auth (including Google sign-in if you choose it).

Purchase information: When you buy spots, we store your selected spot IDs, SaaS name, tagline, logo URL, website URL, order amount, and order status. Payment card and billing details are collected and processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your full payment card numbers on our servers.

Website scraping: If you use our auto-fill feature, we send the URL you provide to Firecrawl to extract public metadata (title, description, logo) for your spot submission.

Usage data: We may collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps through our hosting provider (Vercel).

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process spot purchases and display your SaaS on the Wall
• Communicate about your order or account
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
• Improve and operate the Site

We use trusted third parties to operate the Site:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Dodo Payments — secure checkout and payment processing. Dodo may collect your name, email, billing address, payment method details, and transaction metadata. Their handling of this data is governed by the Dodo Payments Privacy Policy.
• Firecrawl — website metadata extraction
• Vercel — hosting
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. Purchases made through Dodo Payments are subject to our Terms of Service, including our strict no-refund policy for completed spot purchases.

When you pay for a spot, you are redirected to Dodo Payments to complete the transaction. We receive payment status and order metadata from Dodo to fulfill your purchase and display your spot on the Wall.

All sales are final. No refunds. All spot purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, chargebacks, or exchanges for any reason once payment is successfully processed. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.

Information you submit for your spot (SaaS name, logo, tagline, and link) is displayed publicly on the Wall and may be indexed by search engines. Do not submit information you wish to keep private.

We retain account and order data for as long as your account exists or as needed to fulfill purchases and comply with legal obligations. Spot display data persists on the Wall for the lifetime of the service.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at support@milliondollarsaas.club. Note that spot content displayed on the Wall may remain public even after account deletion, as purchases are permanent.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management via Supabase. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may prevent sign-in.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption and secure third-party services. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The Site is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
