Terms of Service

By accessing or using milliondollarsaas.club ("the Site"), creating an account, or purchasing a spot on the Wall of SaaS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

milliondollarsaas.club allows founders to purchase permanent display spots on a public grid ("the Wall"). Each spot displays your SaaS name, logo, tagline, and link as submitted during checkout. Spots are sold on a first-come, first-served basis across founder tiers (Garage, Builder, Momentum, Elite, and Unicorn), with prices shown on the Wall.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. You represent that the content you submit (logo, name, links) does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up and when submitting your SaaS details for display on the Wall.

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment provider. When you checkout, you are redirected to Dodo's secure hosted payment page. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and Dodo Payments to charge the total amount shown for the spots you selected.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges. We do not store your full payment card details — card data is collected and processed directly by Dodo Payments in accordance with their privacy policy and buyer terms.

A purchase is complete only when we receive confirmation from Dodo Payments (via webhook or payment status). If payment fails, is declined, or is cancelled, your spot reservation may be released and no charge will be completed.

All sales are final. No refunds. All spot purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, chargebacks, or exchanges for any reason.

This no-refund policy applies to all payments made through Dodo Payments, including but not limited to: change of mind, duplicate purchases, incorrect spot selection, dissatisfaction with placement, payment disputes, failed business outcomes, website downtime, or errors in the content you submitted. Please review your spot selection, tier, price, and SaaS details carefully before completing payment.

Because spots are permanently allocated on a limited grid, each purchase removes inventory that cannot be resold. By clicking pay and completing checkout with Dodo Payments, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not entitle you to a refund from us if the purchase was validly completed.

You may not use a spot to display content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains malware, phishing, or harmful links
• Is adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonates another brand or person

We reserve the right to remove or modify any spot that violates these guidelines, without refund.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By purchasing a spot, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your logo, name, tagline, and link on the Wall and in promotional materials related to the Site.

The Site design, branding, and Wall layout are owned by milliondollarsaas.club.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific traffic levels, SEO results, or business outcomes from your spot placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, milliondollarsaas.club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a spot. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant spot(s).

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
